Flavor Flav Receives Signature Meal At Red Lobster Following His Attempt To Save Restaurant Chain From Bankruptcy

Flavor Flav has landed a partnership deal with Red Lobster for his own signature menu items.

The seafood chain announced the rapper’s new meal Flavor Flav’s Faves today (July 1). As part of their collaboration, customers will be able to order Flavor Flav’s favorite food items all in one as an off-menu meal.

The signature meal was selected by Flavor Flav himself and features his most-liked dishes when ordering at the food chain. It includes a Maine lobster tail, snow crab legs, garlic shrimp scampi, bacon macaroni and cheese, and a choice of one side.

Regarding the exciting news, the musician said in a statement,

“As a long-time Red Lobster fan, I’m fired up to bring a little bit of my own flavor to fans with a meal featuring my seafood favorites. You gotta get to Red Lobster and give it a try because this signature meal is hype, boy!”

The collab comes after the 65-year-old ordered the whole menu for him and his family last month after catching word that Red Lobster closed dozens of locations across the United States and filed for bankruptcy protection in May due to growing debt. He shared at the time,

“Ya boy meant it when I said I was gonna do anything and everything to help @redlobster and save the cheddar bay biscuits, ordered the whole menu,!!!”

In a previously released statement, Red Lobster addressed the bankruptcy filing and shared it would,

“drive operational improvements, simplify the business through a reduction in locations, and pursue a sale of substantially all of its assets as a going concern.”
