Waka Flocka Flame Reaffirms Support For Donald Trump In 2024 Election: ‘Trump Still My President’
Rapper Waka Flocka Flame is doubling down on his support for Donald Trump in the upcoming 2024 presidential election.

On July 31, Waka Flocka Flame publicly endorsed Donald Trump on X (formerly Twitter), reaffirming his backing for the former President and stating that his decision is entirely his own:
“Trump still my president I don’t have to stand with a red hat or dance on stage for money in my pockets… didn’t push me this direction… this is my choice.”

He followed up with another tweet, providing his followers with further insight into his views on equality, policing, teacher wages, and women’s rights:
“Politics my m o… I just want my rights. My freedom, equality, men/women to pay for bad policing, women to have rights and make choices for self, teachers to be paid more, and the list goes on but hey I’m just a lil o entertainer with a micro voice I know no1 is listening.”

Waka Flocka Flame’s views on women’s rights and accountability for policing are notable in light of Donald Trump’s record.
Trump has taken credit for the overturning of Roe v. Wade, which previously safeguarded the right to personal privacy and the decision to continue a pregnancy. His appointment of three Supreme Court justices was a key factor in this change, which some interpret as a limitation on women’s rights.

Additionally, Trump has suggested that police officers need more protection in court, particularly in light of the Sonya Massey murder case.
During the annual meeting of the National Association of Black Journalists, Trump remarked,
“There’s a big difference between being a bad person and making an innocent mistake. Sometimes you have less than a second to make a life and death decision, and sometimes very bad decisions are made. They’re not made from an evil standpoint, but they’re made from the standpoint of ‘they’ve made a mistake.’”

Waka Flocka Flame’s support for Trump is not new. Last month, he made headlines for asking Joe Biden voters to leave his concert in Salt Lake City, Utah.
