In a recent interview, the rapper, real name Joseph Cartagena, credited Ozempic for his impressive transformation, stating,

“Ozempic says you may only have two pieces of your favorite stuff.”

While he didn’t specify when he started using the drug, he emphasized the importance of making smarter food choices, saying,

“We just try to eat everything with the least carbs as possible.”

Fat Joe shared that he’s also learned portion control, noting,

“Like this morning, I had this toast. I cut the corner off, ate it, and kept it moving.”
