UPDATE: Diddy Denies Latest Round Of Sexual Assault Lawsuits, His Lawyers Say They’re For ‘Publicity’ & ‘The Truth Will Prevail’

Update (Oct. 15, 2024): Diddy’s legal team is coming for the latest set of sexual assault lawsuits against him. Just yesterday (Monday, Oct. 14), it was reported that six new lawsuits were filed against the disgraced entertainer, with four of the accusers being men. One of the men accuses Diddy of raping him when he was 16 years old.

Diddy’s legal team has fired back at the claims and said in a statement, according to several outlets, that the lawsuits are

“clear attempts to garner publicity.”

They added,

“Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process.  In court, the truth will prevail:  that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone—adult or minor, man or woman.”

Original Story (Oct. 14, 2024): Lawsuits against Diddy from the 120 people represented by attorney Tony Buzbee are rolling in.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the “Come To Me” artist has been hit with 6 lawsuits so far from the 120 alleged victims, and 4 of those accusers are men.

One lawsuit is from a man who claims he was brutally, orally raped by Diddy in 2008. Allegedly, he knew Diddy through his work, Ecko Clothing. At the time, Diddy was developing and marketing Sean John, a competing brand. The man claims he ran into Diddy and his bodyguards in the stockroom of Macy’s flagship store in NYC. He says he was pistol-whipped in the back of his neck and after falling to the ground, Diddy approached the man and said “Suck my d***, Ecko,” before sexually assaulting him.

Another suit includes claims from a man who says he was drugged while working security for Diddy’s 2006 White Party. He claims to have been forced into a van by Diddy who sexually assaulted him. Per the lawsuit, Diddy is accused of inserting his penis into the man’s anus and sodomizing him.

The 3rd man says he was sexually assaulted by Diddy when he was only 16. Allegedly, the incident occurred in 1998 during one of  Diddy’s White Parties. The man claims Diddy took an interest in him and took him to a more private area to chat. After telling the then-teen that he had the right look to break into the music industry, Diddy allegedly told him to drop his pants and expose his penis for inspection as a so-called rite of passage. The alleged victim says Diddy asked,

“Don’t you want to break into the business?”

After dropping his pants, the man says Diddy cupped and held onto his genitals, squeezing and feeling them.

The 4th reported incident happened more recently. Per the lawsuit, a man attended an event thrown by Diddy in 2021. After one drink, he claims he became disoriented. The man says the next thing he remembers is at least 3 men sexually assaulting him through sodomy and other forced acts. He “distinctly recalls” seeing a naked Diddy above him at one point during the alleged assault.
