Halle Berry’s Boyfriend Van Hunt To Testify In Actress’ & Olivier Martinez’s Custody Battle

Van Hunt is getting involved in Halle Berry’s custody battle with her ex-husband Olivier Martinez. 

According to Radar Online, the musician is slated to testify as Halle Berry tries to prove that Olivier Martinez interfered with their son Maceo’s therapy and development.

She provided her witness list and Van Hunt is on it. Halle Berry said Van Hunt is willing to answer questions for 30 minutes on his:

“efforts to promote co-parenting between the parties and his observations regarding [Berry’s] efforts to co-parent with (Martinez)”.

Berry is also expected to call a woman named Erica to testify, who will discuss Olivier Martinez’s attempts to  “interfere with Maceo’s relationship with [Berry]”.

Martinez has also provided his witness list, which includes a woman who worked for Berry for 20 years. Martinez noted that he plans to question Berry for two hours. Martinez will also testify.
