Donald Trump – Judge Agrees To Delay Hush Money Sentencing Indefinitely
A New York judge has postponed sentencing in Donald Trump’s hush money trial, which was originally scheduled for next week.

According to CNN, Judge Juan Merchan also deferred his decision on presidential immunity until reviewing all filings.
Trump’s legal team must file their motion to dismiss by December 2, while prosecutors have until December 9 to respond. Steven Cheung, Trump’s spokesperson, called the delay a “decisive win” for the president-elect. No new sentencing date has been set.
