Halle Berry Accuses Ex Olivier Martinez Of Conspiring w/ Nanny To Make ‘False Reports’ Amid Custody Battle

Halle Berry is accusing her ex-husband Olivier Martinez of teaming up with her former nanny to make false reports about her.

In court documents obtained by In Touch, Halle objects to Olivier’s request for access to her private text messages with Miryam Haziza, a former nanny. Olivier claims the texts could shed light on their son Maceo’s care and therapy.

Halle’s legal team argues that Olivier is using this request to distract from his own actions and “turn this proceeding into a charade.”

She also alleges that Olivier conspired with Haziza and another ex-employee, Erica Simamora, to make false reports about her, intending to interfere with Maceo’s therapy and custody arrangements.

Halle is asking the court to deny Olivier’s request, with a hearing scheduled for December.
