Justin Baldoni & Blake Lively File Competing Lawsuits Over S*xual Harassment Allegations
Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively’s legal battle over allegations tied to their film “It Ends With Us” is escalating.
Lively recently filed a lawsuit in New York, accusing Baldoni and his team of sexual harassment on set and orchestrating a scheme to ruin her reputation. She’s seeking damages for “lost wages” and “mental pain and anguish.” This follows a similar civil rights complaint she filed in California in December.

Meanwhile, Baldoni is suing The New York Times for libel and fraud, alleging the paper collaborated with Lively to damage his reputation by misrepresenting evidence. He is seeking $250 million in damages and a jury trial.
Baldoni’s legal team has previously denied Lively’s allegations, while The New York Times has denied Baldoni’s claims, defending its reporting as thorough and accurate.
