‘Next Friday’ Star BeBe Drake Says She Refused To Smoke Cigarettes In The Film Due To Past Battle w/ Lung Cancer
Actress BeBe Drake says her iconic “Next Friday” role Ms. Pearly was supposed to be an avid smoker.
However, she explained that after surviving lung cancer following a 30-year smoking habit, she told Ice Cube she would not support having the character be a smoker.
