White House Considers Proposals To Boost Birthrate, Including $5K Baby Bonus & Menstrual Cycle Education Program For Women

According to The New York Times, several proposals are on the table, including offering a $5,000 “baby bonus” to every American mother after delivery. Other suggestions include reserving 30% of scholarships for the Fulbright program for married applicants or those with children, and potential government-funded programs to educate women about their menstrual cycles, helping them better understand when they are ovulating and able to conceive.
