Jeezy Warned He Could Face Jail Time For Violating Divorce Agreement w/ Jeannie Mai
Jeezy may be facing serious consequences if he continues to violate his divorce agreement with ex-wife Jeannie Mai.
According to In Touch, the rapper received a stern warning during a divorce hearing on April 28th, where a Georgia judge cautioned that failure to comply with court orders could result in jail time.
Reportedly, the judge found that Jeezy “willfully failed” to hand over the title for a 2021 Range Rover to Jeannie, a transfer he was required to complete as part of their settlement.
While Jeannie’s legal team acknowledged that Jeezy had addressed other concerns from her September 2023 contempt motion, they continued to push for him to cover her legal fees. Jeezy, in turn, requested that she pay his, but the judge denied both parties’ requests.

The judge reportedly made it clear to Jeezy, however, that any further violations could result in sanctions, including incarceration.
Jeezy and Jeannie tied the knot in 2021, welcomed daughter Monaco, and split when the rapper filed for divorce in 2023. Though they reached a formal settlement in the summer of 2024, ongoing tension has kept them in and out of court.
Here’s hoping they can resolve things peacefully moving forward, especially for the sake of their daughter.
