Candace Owens Reveals FBI Arrested New Jersey Man Who Planned To Kill Her After TV Debate
Candace Owens revealed that a New Jersey man was arrested for planning to kill her following her September 2023 debate with Rabbi Shmuley Boteach on Piers Morgan’s show.
In a series of X posts, Owens said her family faced harassment, which led to FBI involvement:
“My family endured a series of attacks led by deranged zionists … On the 21st of that month, we were contacted by the FBI and informed that their department had ‘apprehended a suspect’ in relation to a crime involving a threat against me.”

Owens said she received more information months later, confirming that Haim Braverman had pleaded guilty to planning her murder and sharing violent threats and images of weapons in a private group chat.
She explained,
“Haim wanted to murder me because of my @piersmorgan debate against Shmuley. He was unequivocal that he was willing to serve time in prison for killing me.”
Braverman was reportedly charged with transmitting threats in interstate commerce, and his sentencing is set for September 2025.
