Controversial Media Personalities Andrew & Tristan Tate Facing Multiple Charges In The U.K., Including Rape & Human Trafficking Allegations
Andrew and Tristan Tate, brothers known for their controversial online presence, are facing multiple criminal charges in the United Kingdom.
According to reports, the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) in Britain has authorized 21 charges against the duo, including rape, human trafficking, actual bodily harm, and controlling prostitution for gain.
Andrew, 38, faces 10 charges involving three women, while his brother Tristan, 36, is charged with 11 offenses related to one woman. The charges stem from an investigation by U.K. police into allegations dating back to between 2012 and 2015 when the brothers allegedly lured women into sexual exploitation.

The siblings, who hold dual citizenship in the U.S. and the U.K., were arrested in Romania in December 2022, where they had been living since 2016. They were detained on similar charges of human trafficking and participating in a criminal gang to sexually exploit women. Romanian authorities have agreed to extradite them to the U.K. once their legal proceedings in Romania are concluded.
Both brothers reportedly deny all allegations against them.
