Yung Miami was left feeling a bit emotional after watching Tyler Perry’s Straw.
Responding to a question on X from fellow rapper Sexyy Red about thoughts on the film that’s received mixed reviews, Miami said she cried while watching the Netflix movie. She continued:
“& it made me very appreciative for the small things.”

As reported, the film, which stars Taraji P. Henson and currently sits in the top ten most-watched movies on Netflix, debuted to split reviews. While some praised Tyler for the production, others criticized him, claiming he made “the same movie” again.
