Angela Simmons Confirms Breakup w/ Yo Gotti, Says She’ll ‘Never’ Publicly Speak On What Caused The Split: ‘I’m Just Not That Girl’

Looks like Angela Simmons and Yo Gotti have officially called it quits.

The reality star confirmed the breakup during a newly aired interview with Angie Martinez, revealing that she was the one who ended the relationship with the rapper.

Angela and Gotti first went public with their romance on New Year’s Day in 2023, years after Gotti famously expressed his crush on her in his 2016 hit, Down in the DM.

While Angela confirmed they’re no longer together, she kept the details private, declining to share exactly when the split happened or what led to it. In fact, she made it clear she has no intention of ever revealing the reason behind their breakup, saying:

“There’s a certain level of what I can share and would share publicly… but as far as details, I would just never. I’m just not that girl….Some stuff is just better left unsaid.”
