Houston Rockets Player Dillon Brooks Files Restraining Order Against Ex After Years Of Alleged Harassment, Claims She Once Threatened To Cut Off His Fingers
Dillon Brooks is taking legal action against his ex.
The NBA star filed for a temporary restraining order this week in Los Angeles, claiming Heather Andrews, the mother of his two children, has threatened him, destroyed his property, and accessed his private accounts without permission.
In court documents, Brooks says things took a turn shortly after they met in 2018. He accuses Andrews of sending “emotionally abusive” messages and leaking their private conversations. One alleged message read,
“I’ll have someone cut each one of your f*cking little fingers off one by one… So you can never play basketball LOL… And actually now I understand why people are racist.”

Brooks claims she referenced his mother in another threat, writing,
“I’ll send someone after your mom too b*tch.”
In 2022, while Brooks was playing in Memphis, Andrews allegedly vandalized his home by writing “You Suck B*tch” on the fireplace. Most recently, Brooks says she accessed his co-parenting app and sent a threatening message to herself pretending it came from him.
Andrews was previously granted her own temporary restraining order against Brooks. A judge is expected to hear from both sides next month.
