Tamar Braxton Opens Up About Struggling w/ Uterine Fibroids: ‘I Thought It Was A Normal Period’
Tamar Braxton is speaking out about her experiences with uterine fibroids.
In an interview with ABC News, Tamar shared that members of her family have undergone hysterectomies due to fibroids. She explained how she once thought her own fibroid symptoms were just a normal part of her cycle, describing it as “a heavy, ridiculous, normal period” with “insane cramps” and nausea.
The singer also revealed that for a long time she was “suffering in silence” before understanding what was really going on.
