Bruce Willis’ wife is opening up about a tough decision she made for the movie star and their family amid his ongoing battle with frontotemporal dementia.
In a new interview promoting her upcoming memoir, The Unexpected Journey: Finding Strength, Hope and Yourself on the Caregiving Path, Emma Heming Willis, 47, revealed that Bruce, 70, has been moved into a separate home, away from his family. Emma shared he’s now living with a full-time care team to better support both him and their daughters, Mabel (13) and Evelyn (11).
Calling the move “one of the hardest decisions” she’s made as his caregiver, Emma clarified that their daughters still spend regular time with Bruce, often joining him for breakfast and dinner.
