Domestic V!olence Restraining Orders & Reach Custody Agreement
#HalleBailey and #DDG have taken major steps in their co-parenting relationship.
The former lovebirds have mutually dropped the domestic-v!olence restraining order requests they had filed against each other and reached a temporary custody agreement for their 1-year-old son, Halo. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the stipulation signed by both parties and approved by a judge states they each reserve the right to refile DV claims if any future incident arises.
Under the terms of the custody plan, #DDG will have custody on Wednesdays and certain weekends. The parents also mapped out a holiday schedule, starting this week with #Halloween, allowing Halo to celebrate with both of them. The agreement also contains a non-disparagement clause: neither parent may publicly disparage the other or post their child on social media.
Here’s hoping the peace between the two lasts.
