‘RHOA’ Star Kelli Ferrell Accused Of Blocking Her Ex-Husband From Seeing Their Kids, Despite Court-Ordered Visitation

A new legal dispute is unfolding off-camera for “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kelli Ferrell, as her ex-husband claims he’s been cut off from their children.

According to court Us Weekly, Mark Ferrell accused Kelli of refusing to allow him court-ordered visitation following their divorce.

On December 9, Mark filed a petition seeking modified child support, expanded visitation, and asked that Kelli be held in contempt, alleging she “has refused to allow [Mark] to exercise visitation with his children at all throughout the entirety of the one-year period since the divorce decree was entered.”

Mark also challenged the court’s calculation of his income, stating he earns nothing after losing Nana’s Chicken-N-Waffles in the divorce. “[Mark] has had no income since his business was taken as a part of the divorce,” the filing reads.

Kelli’s rep firmly denied the claims, saying, “Kelli finds the claims in her ex’s recent filing both surprising and inaccurate.” The rep added, “At no point has she prevented him from seeing their children,” and insisted Kelli has followed court orders while prioritizing safety.

The custody battle has intensified since Kelli hired fellow “RHOA” star Phaedra Parks as her attorney.
