“The Blind Side” Actor Quinton Aaron Placed On Life Support Due To Severe Blood Infection
Prayers up for Quinton Aaron!
#QuintonAaron, best known for portraying Michael Oher in The Blind Side, was rushed to a hospital in Atlanta after falling at his home last week, Deadline reports. The 41-year-old actor collapsed while walking up the stairs when his legs suddenly gave out, and he has been under medical care there for several days.
A GoFundMe campaign organized to help with Aaron’s medical needs states plainly, “Quinton is currently hospitalized and on life support due to a severe blood infection,” adding that the situation has been “sudden, frightening, and overwhelming for his loved ones.” The fundraiser notes the emotional and financial challenges his family faces and seeks support as he continues treatment. Some reports say Quinton is stable and able to communicate with others. However, no update has been posted to the GoFundMe at this time.
