NFL Star Patrick Mahomes’ Father Behind Bars Again For Allegedly Drinking While On Probation Following 2024 DWI Arrest
We’re barely two months into 2026, and Patrick Mahomes Sr. has already been arrested again.
The father of #KansasCityChiefs quarterback #PatrickMahomes was booked into Smith County Jail today (Feb. 3) for violating his five-year probation sentence by allegedly drinking alcohol. The 55-year-old’s previous arrest came in February 2024 during Super Bowl week on suspicion of DWI in Texas. He faced a third-degree felony charge that carried a sentence of up to 10 years in prison if convicted, but pled guilty, leading to probation. However, this latest infraction could jeopardize his probation, potentially leading to a lengthy jail sentence.
