Logan Paul Says Floyd Mayweather Still Owes Him $1.5 Million, Years After Their Fight: I Don’t Think I’m Ever Getting The Money
Looks like there’s still some unfinished business between Floyd Mayweather Jr. and #LoganPaul stemming from their June 2021 exhibition bout.
During an appearance on The Iced Coffee Hour podcast, Logan claimed Floyd never paid him the full amount he was owed from the viral matchup. Floyd allegedly pre-sold the fight to a Dubai-based company for $10 million in cash, using Logan’s name and likeness to secure the deal, Logan claimed. He continued, claiming he was entitled to 15 percent of that agreement, which totals $1.5 million, the amount he allegedly never received.
Logan also alleged that the company ended up suing Floyd, as the fight ultimately moved forward with an American-based company instead. “It’s our fight, bro…he smoked me,” Logan said before adding, “He has a bunch of legal trouble at the moment. I don’t think I’m ever getting the money.”
This isn’t the first time Logan has accused Floyd of shorting him on the fight earnings. The YouTuber-turned-boxer has made the claim several times before, even threatening his own legal action against #FloydMayweather.
