Kim Kardashian & Kris Jenner Deny Ray J’s Claims They Planned S*x Tape Release + Call Allegations ‘A Lie’ In Court Filings

Kim Kardashian and her mother Kris Jenner are forcefully rejecting accusations from Ray J that they secretly orchestrated the release of Kardashian’s infamous s*x tape, calling the claims completely untrue in new sworn statements.

According to legal documents reviewed by TMZ, both Kardashian and Jenner submitted declarations denying long-standing rumors that the tape’s release was planned as a publicity move.

Kim directly addressed the accusation in her filing, stating, “[Ray J’s] claim that I had a plan with my mother and others to release a s*x tape, defraud the public, and file a ‘fake’ lawsuit against the p*rn company that released it to ‘create buzz’ is a lie.”

Jenner also pushed back strongly against the allegation. She called claims that she oversaw the “commercial exploitation” of the tape “absolutely false.”

She added she did not “make my daughter Kim film any s*x tape or decide what tape to release,” calling the accusations “entirely untrue… deeply offensive and harmful.”

The statements come amid an ongoing legal battle between Kardashian, Jenner, and Ray J.
