Diddy’s Expected Prison Release Date Moves Up Again, Days Before Appeal Hearing
Sean “Diddy” Combs’ timeline behind bars has shifted once again.
According to federal records obtained by Entertainment Weekly, the music mogul’s projected release date is now set for April 15, 2028, 10 days earlier than previously expected. The adjustment marks the latest in a series of changes since his 2025 conviction, with his release date previously moving from May 8, 2028, to June 4, and later to April 25 before this most recent update.
#Diddy was initially given a 50-month sentence after being found guilty on two counts of transportation for pro$titution, while being acquitted of more serious charges like s3x trafficking and racketeering. His attorneys are still pushing to overturn the conviction, with oral arguments for an appeal scheduled for April 9.
