Russell Wilson Talks Ciara & Abstaining From Sex: ‘She’s Everything You Could Ever Want’ [VIDEO]

Ever since Russell Wilson was first spotted with Ciara, everyone has been keeping tabs on him. Forget all the damage he did on the football field — it’s all about the love and care he is showering to Ci Ci that has everyone wondering about the two of them.

Rather mums on their relationship, the Seattle Seahawks’ quarterback has finally opened up about his new leading lady during a Q&A with The Rock Church.

She’s a sweetheart, she’s everything you could ever want honestly, yeah she’s a special girl. I met her five, six months ago. The funny things is I told somebody that’s the girl I want to be with, before I even met her.

Through the conversation, we learn how religious he really is as he speaks on dealing with a similar heartache Ciara dealt with, divorcing his high school sweetheart. He was married from 2012-2014 to Ashton Meem and after his divorce he had to really “focus on walking in the spirit.”

I was married before. I married the person I was with since high school, since I was like 15 years old. That didn’t work out unfortunately but for me I trusted that God would do the healing process, would figure things out for me. I had gone through some ups and downs so I had to really, really focus on walking in the spirit and living in it.
