(EXCLUSIVE) Beyonce Center of Legal Battle Over Illegal Merch, May Lose LOTS of Money From Knock Offs

theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, Beyonce will be screwed out of a massive payday due to counterfeiters selling knock off merchandise outside her upcoming world tour and now a federal lawsuit has been filed demanding an injunction against the knock off products explaining the singer will lose a ton of cash if they aren’t stopped ASAP.

Araca Merchandise L.P. filed a federal lawsuit demanding an injunction against counterfeiters – who will be hawking illegal merchandise at Beyonce’s tour kick off later this month.

Beyonce starts her ‘The Formation World Tour’ at the Marlins Park in Miami on April 27th and it will continue until mid-June.

Araca Merchandise was granted the exclusive rights to sell the singer’s merchandise at her concerts, which they say brings in substantial income from the sales for both them and Beyonce.

The company explains Beyonce sells everything from clothes, buttons, posters and various others items at her concerts. Beyonce has an extremely loyal and strong fan base and has sold out major arenas and stadiums worldwide.

They expect numerous counterfeiters to sell illegal Beyonce merchandise outside the venue at the start of her tour, which will confuse the fans into thinking the singer is endorsing the less quality merchandise and steal a massive amount of profits from the singer and the company.

Araca Merchandise is demanding an injunction against all counterfeiters selling knock off items and they be allowed to collect all items and destroy them, along with unspecified damages.
