Kanye West Surprise Concert Causes Chaos [VIDEO]

Kanye West literally shut down the East Village in NYC, early Monday Morning. The 38-year-old rapper was unable to perform at the Governor’s Ball after it was cancelled and decided to do a surprise concert at Webster Hall.

An estimated 4,000 people crowded the streets but the police shut it down. Ye and friends made an appearance nonetheless. And tons of clips of the scene were posted online, along with Snapchat footage from Kanye’s wife, Kim Kardashian.
