Teyana Taylor Releases “Freak On” feat. Chris Brown [New Music]

Singer Teyana Taylor dropped her new single, “Freak On” with assistance from fellow singer Chris Brown. This is not the first time that the talented two have duet on a song together, the pair appeared on the track, “Do Not Disturb” from Taylor’s debut album, “VII.”

‘Freak On’ is produced by DJ Mustard, who is known for his hits with rapper YG, Justine Skye, and many others. If the chorus sounds familiar that’s because she samples the 90’s anthem “Freak Like Me” by Adina Howard. On the track, she sings:

Cause I’ma be your freak all through the day until the dawn
And I can do whatever thing you like, boy what you want
Cause we ain’t gotta tell nobody
We ain’t gotta tell nobody
Cause it goes on and on and on
On and on and on, yeah
