Not so good news for Ronda Rousey. Late Friday night (Dec. 30th), the 29-year-old UFC fighter lost to Amanda Nunes, 48 seconds of the first round via TKO. See the clip.

Rousey (12-2) returned from a 13-month absence and seemed to be rocked by Nunes’ very first punches. Referee Herb Dean stopped the bout with Rousey still on her feet, and Rousey briefly protested the stoppage before leaving the cage in her mother’s arms. She has yet to comment after tonight’s loss.
