Pooch Hall -DCFS Opens Investigation On Actor Following DUI Arrest & Allegations 2-Year-Old Son Drove His Car
Pooch Hall was arrested on Wednesday for two charges; one of child endangerment and another for a DUI. As previously reported, the actor’s blood alcohol intake level was noticeably high, in fact, it was three times the legal limit. When tested, Hall blew a .25 while driving in Burbank, California, and also crashed into a parked vehicle. Aside from Hall cited as intoxicated, the actor was also in the accompany of his child.

Once authorities arrived to the scene, it’s reported Hall’s son was in his lap, steering the wheel before they crashed. New reports claim that since Hall allowed his 2-year-old son to steer the wheel, the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services have opened a case against the actor.
The DCFS plans to investigate Hall’s life by interviewing his family and running his record to compare if this incident is consistent or a one time thing. Sources say, if the organization deems this situation a first time offense, they will be allowing the courts to waver a decision. If this situation uncovers gripping findings, the result of what will be of Hall and his child has yet to be determined.
Following the arrest, the child was released to it’s mother.
