Love & Hip Hop Atlanta’s Tommie Lee Arrested Again Hours After Being Released From Jail

Tommie Lee was arrested on Tuesday when police say she went to her daughter’s middle school, slammed her head into a locker and pulled her hair. After being released on $27,000 bond on Wednesday morning, Tommie is now back in jail after being arrested that night.

Tommie was charged with felony aggravated assault, simple battery, first-degree child cruelty and disruption of public schools following her arrest at Griffin Middle School in Smyrna, GA. She was also ordered to avoid contact with the victim, her daughter. However, just three hours after being released, Tommie called her daughter. Thus, she was arrested.

Tommie is currently being held at the Cobb County Sherrif’s Office without bail.
