Rapper Kanye West made his way back to his hometown of Chicago, Illinois to bring his weekly, ‘Sunday Service’ to Huntington Bank Pavilion on Northerly Island. During his walk-in, Kanye channels his inner Moses (the biblical character), pushing through the crowd of 2,000 screaming, anxious fans armed with smartphones, well ahead of his security. In a video, Kanye is seen turning around and taking a moment to tell one guard,
“Step back, watch this. This is my city.”

While wearing a matching light beige hoodie sweatsuit, Kanye was seen carrying a black bible.

While walking through the 30,000-capacity Huntington Bank stadium, Kanye obviously gave a few fans more than what they expected.

In another clip of the service, fellow Chicago rapper, Chance the Rapper made an appearance and performed various songs. The service included a choir and messages of positivity and peace for Chicago’s youth.
According to reports, fans started to line up for the popular service around 2 a.m.,
“Diehard fans showed up before sunrise for the service. Students from Loyola University were first in line, saying they took an early morning train to arrive around 2 a.m. Lines to get in backed up all the way to the Shedd Aquarium.”
Kanye and his choir delivered their usual slate of gospel remixes to his hits including, “Jesus Walks,” “Fade,” “Father Stretch My Hands Pt. 1.” along with “Flashing Lights,” and traditional gospel songs.

In a video, Kanye can be seen becoming emotional during Chance The Rapper’s performance to ‘Ultralight Beam.’
