Gregg Leakes Shares New Cancer Update For Christmas

Gregg Leakes, husband of Bravo’s “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star NeNe Leakes has a clean bill of health!

Gregg Leakes, 63, took to his Instagram on Christmas Day and revealed more updates on his battle with colon cancer. He shared test results that showed he is in the clear and is officially cancer-free. He wrote,

”No cancer detected! Thank you Jesus.”

Several friends and supporters took to Leakes’ comments, including ’Married to Medicine,’ star Dr. Jackie Walters, singer Tamar Braxton, and NeNe Leakes’s friend Marlo Hampton. Former ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta,’ husband Peter Thomas also commented,

”A lot of prayers were said for you brother. You’re a good person, keep up the great work. Believe in God almighty and everything is possible.”

As reported, Gregg Leakes had his final cancer surgery back in June. He smiled from his hospital bed with an Instagram photo to share his progress. He wrote back then,

“Going into Final Surgery. Happy Day having my port removed… Thank you Jesus for watching over me. Thank you World for your Prayers and Well Wishes… Leggo…”

Throughout his fight with his illness, his wife was accused of being selfish after she revealed her fight with depression. Gregg took to Instagram to defend her last month:

“All you imposters riding off me to stay relevant….Do something on your own & get off my yacht & back in your row boat. Oh… before you go .. Deuces…. yes Mr Nene said it.. C’mon babe i got you..”
