Former NBA Star Nick Young Says Dwight Howard Should ‘For Sure’ Be Considered For NBA Hall of Fame
Former NBA player Nick Young sparked a debate whether Los Angeles Lakers center, Dwight Howard should be in the discussion as an NBA future Hall of Famer at the end of his career on Monday (Feb. 10). The Former Lakers guard took to Twitter to share his thoughts on Howard being a “for sure” nominee that includes the likes of Allen Iverson, Shaquille O’Neal, Lisa Leslie, and Michael Jordan

However, Howard, 34, has a lengthy body of work in the league that includes eight-time NBA All-Star, three-time NBA Defensive Player of the Year and five-time NBA All-Defensive member just to name a few.
As a testament to his defensive prowess, he also led the league in blocked shots twice.
The former No. 1 overall pick touched on his NBA career in 2018, and whether or not he should be inducted into the Hall of Fame. He told TMZ,
“I don’t really concern myself with what a lot of people say about me. My resume speaks for itself.”

He added,
“I know what I’ve done in this NBA, in my career. Think I’ve been pretty successful. A lot of times people always want to hate, say something bad about who you are as a player and a person. That’s just really a testament to their character.”
