Foxy Brown (real name Inga DeCarlo Fung Marchand) is threatening to lawyer up and take legal action! This week, the 41-year-old rapper took to social media, accusing someone of uploading unreleased music from her “Fever” album to iTunes.
Foxy Brown’s Ill Na Na 2: The Fever album was intended to be the fourth full-length studio album and fifth recording by her. The album was scheduled to be released on May 6, 2003 by Bad Boy Records and Def Jam Recordings. However, the album was cancelled due to disagreements between Foxy Brown and Bad Boy CEO Sean Combs.
Foxy Brown wrote on social media and later deleted:
Whoever the f**k uploaded my old unreleased Fever album to iTunes gettin’ the fck sued!’
