Donald Trump Has Been Tested For The Coronavirus, Says His Temperature Is “Totally Normal” As He Waits For Results
Update: President Donald Trump doesn’t have the coronavirus after all. The results came back just hours after he was tested.
His doctor, Sean Conley said in a statement over the weekend,
“This evening I received confirmation that the test is negative.”
Original Story: Donald Trump has officially been tested for the coronavirus.
He said during a press conference Saturday (March 14),
“I had my temperature taken coming into the room, I also took the test last night.”
His results will reportedly come back this weekend.
But if what he says is any indication of his results, he could be just fine. He also said his temperature is
“totally normal.”
During the conference, which lasted over an hour, he also commended the media for its coverage of the virus.
“I think the press has been really, over the last 24 hours, has been very fair. We’re all in this together. It came out of China. It’s one of those things that happens. It’s nobody’s fault. We all will solve this problem.”

Dr. Anthony S. Fauci, National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases also took the mic and said
“We have not yet reached out peak. We will see more cases.”
As of Saturday (March 14), there were 2,200 reported cases in the U.S.
So far, Tom Hanks, his wife Rita Wilson, along with Utah Jazz player Rudy Gobert, and his teammate Donovan Mitchell are just some of the celebrities who have tested positive for coronavirus.
