NBA Star Giannis Antetokounmpo’s Bank Account, Phone, Email & Twitter Reportedly Hacked
Reigning NBA MVP, Giannis Antetokounmpo, 25, was the victim of an alleged online hacking following a series of uncharacteristic tweets. On Thursday (May 7th), Giannis Antetokounmpo’s’ Twitter account posted a few disturbing and racist tweets regarding the ongoing health pandemic of COVID-19. The Milwaukee Bucks forward’s tweets allegedly went as far as announcing he was diagnosed with COVID-19 (coronavirus),
“Diagnosed with Corona, I hate Asian people. Piece of sh*t chinks.”

In addition, Giannis Antetokounmpo’s account also shared more disturbing tweets targeting the Bucks organization as racist, the late Kobe Bryant, while accusing Los Angeles Lakers superstar, Lebron James of plotting to have him murdered.

However, according to Giannis’ longtime girlfriend, Mariah Riddlespringer, and his younger brother, Kostas Antetokounmpo, the attack wasn’t just on his social media. Both took to Twitter to clear the air on the NBA superstar’s troubling messages, revealing Giannis’ phone, email, and bank accounts were all hacked as well.


Soon after, the Bucks shared an update on Giannis’ alleged tweets, which have been taken down pending an investigation into the hacking.

Giannis himself has yet to address the hacking of his personal information. Before the NBA season was suspended indefinitely on March 11 due to the coronavirus pandemic, Giannis led the Milwaukee Bucks (53-12) atop of the Eastern Conference with the best record in the entire NBA.
Last season, the 2003 first-round draft pick was award as the MVP of the league for the first time of his career. He averages 29.6 points, 13.7 rebounds, and 5.8 assists for the Bucks over 57 games this season.
