Keyshia Cole Posts List Of Hits Amid Demand For Verzuz Battle With Ashanti
Is R&B favorite Keyshia Cole on-board with a Verzuz battle against record-breaking singer Ashanti? After the success of the Instagram Live Verzuz battles orchestrated by super-producers, Swizz Beatz and Timbaland, many fans have weighed in on who they’d like to see go head-to-head next. In a recent interview with former collaborator Fat Joe, Ashanti said she’d be down for the challenge of putting her songs against Keyshia Cole’s. Ashanti told Joe:

After all, Keyshia and Ashanti are from the same era of early 2000s R&B, and even joined forces on the song, “Woman to Woman.” The song was featured on Keyshia’s 2012 album of the same name.
It appears Keyshia Cole isn’t backing down from the challenge! She re-posted a list circulating with both her hit singles and Ashanti’s on Instagram. In her caption, she asked fans:
“My fans sent me this @timbaland @therealswizzz @ashanti @verzuztv is this accurate”

If the match-up comes to pass, this would be the second female battle in the Verzuz series after Erykah Badu and Jill Scott.
