Paris Jackson Doesn’t Want To Use Labels To Describe Her Sexuality
Pop legend Michael Jackson’s daughter, Paris Jackson, seems to be finding her voice more and more each day. During a recent interview, the 22-year-old actress shared aspects of her personal life and how she sexually identifies. Paris Jackson opened up about her sexual fluidity and gave her opinion on labels.
“I don’t feel like there is a label for my sexuality that fits. Labels in general, not just for sexuality but for everything, I think, are just ways for humans to make sense of the world, to be able to compartmentalize.”
She added
“We’re getting past the need for labels. It’s beautiful.”
As previously reported, Paris Jackson made headlines this past July after a petition was formed to stop her new film ‘Habit’ from being released. ‘Habit’ is an upcoming film that depicts Paris Jackson in a lesbian Jesus role. The petition gained roughly 300,000 signatures from people who view the project as “Christianophobic garbage.”
The petition explains why the film should be stopped from coming out and says,
“A new blasphemous Hollywood film is predicted to come out soon depicting Jesus as a lesbian woman. The film “Habit” stars Paris Jackson who plays the role of “lesbian Jesus”. Distributors haven’t picked it up as of yet, so let’s please spread awareness and wake people up to the Christianophobic garbage that is spread nowadays, but is somehow accepted and praised by society.”
Another petition was created by One Million Moms in hopes of stopping Paris Jackson’s movie as well. That petition has more than 70k signatures.
