Joe Rogan Tests Positive For Covid After Dismissing The Vaccine
After hosting a series of shows throughout Flordia, Joe Rogan has tested positive for Covid-19.
Host of the popular podcast, ‘The Joe Rogan Experience,’ Joe Rogan said he started to feel sick on Saturday(Aug. 28), after returning from a show in Tampa, FL.
In a video on Instagram he said,
“Throughout the night, I got fevers, sweats, and I knew what was going on.”

Rogan added that he tested positive on Sunday (Aug. 29), and immediately started taking different types of medicines including monoclonal antibodies, which have been shown to protect Covid patients at risk of becoming gravely ill, prednisone, and a vitamin drip. On how he was feeling he said,
“Sunday sucked, it really sucked. Monday was better, Tuesday was better than Monday, but today [Wednesday], I feel pretty good. I actually pretty f****** good.”
Joe also mentioned that he took ‘Ivermectin’, a controversial drug that grew in popularity for self-medication, due largely in part to social media.
Ivermectin is a drug primarily used as a deworming agent to treat and prevent parasites in livestock. Although it can be used by humans, it’s only for very specific parasite treatment such as lice.
According to the FDA, an overdose of the drug could cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, low blood pressure, allergic reactions, dizziness, problems with balance, seizures, coma, and even death.
In April of this year, Joe Rogan was called out by White House officials for his comments about the vaccine, saying:
“If you’re like 21 years old and you say to me, ‘Should I get vaccinated?’ I’ll go, ‘No.’ If you’re a healthy person and you’re exercising all the time and you’re young and you’re eating well, I don’t think you need to worry about this.”
Chief Medical Director, Dr. Anothny Fauci, replied saying,
“Even if you don’t have symptoms, you are propagating an outbreak.”
Rogan clarified his comments saying he is not against the vaccine but felt young people didn’t need it, admitting that he is not a doctor or someone others should take advice from.
