Terrell Owens Says He’s ‘Dead Serious’ About Wanting To Fight Former Teammate Donovan McNabb: I’ll Knock Chunky Soup From Him
It looks like Terrell Owens still has negative feelings for Donovan McNabb!
Yesterday (Monday, Sept. 6th), Terrell Owens appeared on a new episode of Shannon Sharpe‘s podcast, Club Shay Shay. During his time on the podcast series, Terrell Owens revealed that–if he ever had to fight someone–he would choose Donovan McNabb. Both Terrell Owens and Donovan McNabb played for the Philadelphia Eagles during the 2004 NFL season. Terrell Owens was a wide receiver while Donovan McNabb was a quarterback, and the two former NFL players notably bickered throughout their time together with the team.
On Club Shay Shay, Terrell Owens stated:
“[I’d fight] Donovan McNabb. And I’m dead serious. Shannon, I’ll knock him out. I would be controlled–it would be controlled anger. I’d be like a Navy Seal. I’d be a Navy Seal, ’cause you know they stay cool and calm under all conditions. But there would be a fire burning inside of me. I’ll knock chunky soup from him. From 2004. Trust me, all the heartache and all the stuff that I done went through… Trust me, believe me you, that would be my intent.”
Later, when Shannon Sharpe asked how much money Terrell Owens would need to fight Donovan McNabb, he responded:
“A can of potted meat and some crackers and a bottle of 81 [wine].”
