Ray J Seeking Joint Custody Of Children & Termination Of The Chance Of Spousal Support In Divorce Filing From Princess Love

It seems that Ray J is serious this time about separating from his estranged wife, Princess Love, and is once again seeking joint custody over both of their children. According to reports, Ray J, 40, is hoping a judge will grant him joint legal and physical custody of the two children, three-year-old Melody, and one-year-old Epik, that he shares with Princess Love, 37. Reportedly, his divorce petition also notes that there is a prenup in place, which is why he’s requesting to terminate the court’s ability to award spousal support to either himself or Princess Love. He’s stating “’irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the divorce.

As previously reported, entertainer/businessman Ray J, 40, filed for divorce from his wife Princess Love, 37, earlier this month. This is the third time that the famous couple has filed for divorce.

In May of 2020, Princess Love filed to divorce Ray J, but by mid-July, she seemingly had a change of heart and asked the judge to dismiss the divorce filing. However, just two months later, Ray J filed divorce paperwork against Princess Love. The couple later briefly reconciled and relocated to Miami this past winter. Princess Love and Ray J married in 2016.

The pair no longer follows each other on Instagram.

Ray J also recently changed his Instagram bio to “separated and single,” however, he did eventually remove the phrase from his page.
