Blac Chyna Headed Back To Court With Ex Rob Kardashian Over Explicit Photos Leak
According to Radar, the Los Angeles Superior Court judge presiding over Blac Chyna’s lawsuit has set phase 2 of the trial with ex Rob Kardashian for June 13. The first phase of the suit was Chyna taking on her ex’s family members Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian and Kylie Jenner.

Now, in her lawsuit against Rob Kardashian, Blac Chyna is suing her ex for allegedly posting explicit photos of her on his Instagram account after their 2017 breakup. She claimed he shared the images to cause her emotional harm. In court documents, she called the situation with Rob, “humiliating and degrading.” Chyna believes her ex should be ordered to pay damages for his actions.

In Phase 1 of the trial, Rob Kardashian told the jury that Blac Chyna once held a gun to his head. He also detailed an incident at Kylie Jenner’s home where his then-fiancée allegedly tried to strangle him with an iPhone charging cord.
Blac Chyna admitted to pointing a gun at her ex, however, said it was playful as the two were allegedly joking around with no intent to harm him.
The former couple will once again appear in court next month where they will make their case to a brand new jury!
