Fetty Wap Gives An Update After His Plane Suffered A Power Malfunction, Addresses People Who Said He Was Going To Die

Fetty Wap recently experienced a scary incident while on a plane Sunday night!
The “Trap Queen” rapper had fans worried when he took to social media on Sunday (May 22) to share that his plane suffered a power malfunction. The rapper had just finished a successful show in Charleston, SC prior to the incident. The Instagram Story shows Fetty Wap (real name Willie Junior Maxell II) on a plane in complete darkness as he says,
“The f**ing plane just lost power bro..what the f**k is going on?”
There was no other update for over four hours, leaving many fans to assume the worse. Thankfully, Fetty Wap made another video confirming that he was okay and that he and his crew were able to get on a different plane. He said,
“Yo, we got the f**k off that plane and got on another plane cuz that sh*t was scary.”

“Me neither. Then they talking about they gotta plug the plane up. What the f*ck kind of Tesla sh*t is this?”

He then addressed fans who falsely said that the rapper had died.

“We made it safe, and thank you to everybody that cared and to everyone that said I was going to die, you guys are weird. So weird.”

Fetty Wap’s plane scare comes after he and his legal team fought in court for him to be allowed to tour following his arrest on federal drug charges. Back in October, Fetty Wap was arrested by the FBI at the Rolling Loud music festival in New York City. The arrest took place moments before Fetty Wap was set to perform.His charges allege that he ran a lucrative drug ring, accumulating millions by transporting hardcore drugs from coast to coast. The Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office–where Fetty Wap was charged–released photographs showing the bricks of cocaine and heroin, large wads of cash, and drug distribution tools.
