‘Pitch Perfect’ Actress Rebel Wilson Comes Out Via Instagram Post Featuring New Girlfriend

In what is fitting for Pride Month, Australian actress and comedian Rebel Wilson recently came out in an Instagram post today (June 9).

In her coming out post, Rebel Wilson, 42, confirmed that she is dating fashion and jewelry designer Ramona Agruma. The post features Rebel Wilson and Agruma cuddled cute together and smiling. Wilson captioned the revealing post,

“I thought I was searching for a Disney Prince… but maybe what I really needed all this time was a Disney Princess #loveislove.”

Celebrities, friends, and fans alike flocked to the post and flooded the new couple with overwhelming support. Actresses Arielle Kebbel and Montana Brown, as well as Wilson’s former co-stars, Tyler Barnhardt (“Senior Year”) and Kelly Jakle (“Pitch Perfect”) left heart-warming messages.

During a podcast just weeks ago, Wilson confirmed that she was “happily in a relationship,” though at the time she didn’t reveal the identity of the lucky person. She, however, did provide details on how they met. She shared,

“It was a friend set-up. He’d known both of us for, at least, five years each and was like, ‘Yeah, I think you two would hit it off.’ And then we did!” 

In that same interview, Wilson added that she went on an experiment called “Year of Love” in 2019, in which she dated around 50 people in just that one year.”  she explained,

“I deliberately wanted to push myself and date a whole bunch of people and get that experience, which I know in itself is not normal. But, to me, it actually really helped me in finding what I liked and what I didn’t like. It was a fun thing.” 

Wilson was previously in a relationship with American businessman Jacob Busch before they split last year.
