“Welcome to Sweetie Pie’s” Ex Reality Star Tim Norman Convicted Of Arranging Nephew’s Murder
There are new developments concerning “Welcome to Sweetie Pie’s” star, James “Tim” Norman legal case. According to reports, he has been found guilty of setting up his nephew’s.
The jury deliberated for 3 days and the ex reality star was convicted of three counts — murder-for-hire, conspiracy to commit murder-for-hire, and conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud.
As previously reported, Andre Montgomery was shot and killed in 2016. He was Tim’s nephew and Miss Robbie’s grandson.
Tim was accused him of orchestrating the killing of Andre and prosecutors said he masterminded the 21-year-old’s slaying.
Prosecutors alleged that Tim tried to cash a $450K life insurance policy taken out on his nephew after working with a woman named Terica Ellis to pull off the murder.
Terica was also charged with conspiracy to commit murder-for-hire and has pled guilty.
Tim and Andre both starred on the OWN network show “Welcome to Sweetie Pie’s”, along with Miss Robbie and their family.
Tim will be sentenced in December. He could face up to life in prison.
