Shanquella Robinson – New Police Report States Robinson Was Alive When Help Arrived + Friends Declined Doctor’s Suggestion To Have Her Transferred To A Clinic
New details have emerged in the ongoing investigation of Shanquella Robinson’s death.
According to a recent report from RadarOnline, the police documentation of what happened in the time leading up to Robinson’s death seemingly contradicts previous stories.

As previously reported, 25-year-old Shanquella Robinson heartbreakingly passed away while vacationing in Cabo with friends last month. Details surrounding her death have shocked people everywhere, as it’s being speculated that her friends may have been involved.

Though the individuals initially claimed Robinson died of alcohol poisoning, the autopsy revealed the Charlotte resident suffered from a spinal cord injury and broken neck. Subsequently, a video circulated that appears to show Robinson being brutally attacked prior to her passing. It’s reported that the attackers and individual recording were friends of Robinson whom she had traveled to Mexico with. Reports state the individuals also claimed their travel mate had died shortly after doctors arrived.
However, the recently released police report seems to contradict that. Reportedly, police state the friends called for help around 2:13 p.m. local time on October 29th. Dr. Karolina Beatriz Ornelas Gutiérrez of the American Medical Center reportedly arrived an hour later. The doctor told police that she was informed Robinson had “drunk a lot of alcohol” and was stable initially, though dehydrated. Reportedly, Gutiérrez then suggested she treat Robinson at a nearby clinic. However, her friends reportedly requested she remained at the Villa.
The police further stated the doctor remained at the Villa for hours until Robinson began seizing. Noting that her breathing ability decreased and her pulse lowered, the report read:
“At this point the patient’s friend, named Wenter Donovan, called 911 to request an ambulance….[Paramedics] administered a total of 14 rounds of CPR, five doses of adrenaline and six discharges (AED shocks) without success.”
The document, written in Spanish, continued:
“Despite their efforts, Gutierrez “declared [Robinson] dead at 5:57 P.M.”
Robinson’s parents have increasingly speculated that foul play was involved in their daughter’s death. As we reported, the family is gearing up for a financial battle as they seek answers about how their loved one tragically lost her life.

Reportedly, the FBI is currently investigating Robinson’s death. No arrests have been made at this time.
