Bill Cosby’s Rep Slams Newest Sexual Assault Lawsuit Comedian Is Facing: ‘This Is Utterly Ridiculous & Pointless’
Bill Cosby has, once again, been hit with a sexual assault lawsuit.
As you may recall, in 2018 Bill Cosby was sentenced to three to ten years in prison after being found guilty of three counts of aggravated indecent assault. However, the conviction was overturned in 2021 because his due process rights were violated. Since then, the once beloved TV dad has faced several other lawsuits and allegations from women claiming he sexually assaulted them.
Most recently, a woman named Donna Motsinger filed a lawsuit against Bill Cosby for allegedly raping her in 1972 when she worked as a server at Trident in California. Reports claim she initially shared her allegations in 2014 but is now seeking damages due to the mental, physical, and emotional distress the alleged ordeal caused her.

Cosby’s rep, Andrew Wyatt, addressed her accusations in a short statement shared with TMZ and said,
“No comment at this present time because this is utterly ridiculous and pointless.”
According to Motsinger, Cosby frequently visited the restaurant just to see her and he eventually invited her to one of his comedy shows. Allegedly, “The Cosby Show” star picked Motsinger up himself in a limo and gave her a glass of wine as they were driven to the event. Once backstage in the dressing room, Motsinger was given what she believed to be aspirin by Cosby because she started to feel sick, according to the court documents.
However, after taking the pill things didn’t improve for Motsinger and instead, she allegedly started to fall in and out of consciousness. Motsinger said the last thing she remembers is members of Cosby’s team placing her back in the limo with the entertainer. Motsinger alleged she eventually woke up in her home wearing nothing but panties and “knew she had been drugged and raped by Bill Cosby.”
This is a developing story. Please check back for updates.
