Update: Amy Robach & T.J. Holmes Both Paid 5-Figure Bonus Ahead Of Podcast Launch
Update: (Nov 7, 2023): It seems like following your heart can come with a nice payday.
As you may recall, at the top of this year, media correspondents Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes made headlines over their (alleged) affair. The love birds were eventually fired from their GMA3 positions due to the network deeming the controversial relationship as “an internal and external disruption.”
After Robach and Holmes struggled to find a home for their very own talk series, they managed to score a podcast deal with iHeart Radio, which seemingly came with a nice payout. According to new reports, Holmes and his girlfriend Robach both received a $50,000 sign-on bonus ahead of the start of their podcast.
In addition to the bonus, reports claim they will split the advertisement revenue 50/50 with iHeartPodcasts.

Original Story: (Nov 1, 2023): Fans of former broadcasters Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes will once again get to enjoy their commentary soon.
The TV couple recently announced that they’ve inked a joint podcast deal with iHeart Radio following their firing from GMA3.

In the reveal posted to Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes’ IG accounts, they shared an image of themselves hugged up with the caption:
“How’s this for instagram official? #silentnomore Amy & T.J.” December 5th.
Listen on the iHeartRadio app and everywhere podcasts are heard. @amyandtjpodcast”

T.J. Holmes and Robach’s return as media commentators comes after they were fired back in January following their relationship being ousted. If you recall, the news anchors were married to their then-partners at the time and were soon let go from ABC. However, they weren’t fired because of any company violations, but because the relationship was “an internal and external disruption.”
In August, it was reported they tried to shop around a new talk series but several networks rejected the couple’s pitch.

Thankfully for the controversial lovers, it seems the perfect outlet was just around the corner. Reportedly, Holmes and Robach will discuss their relationship for the first time publicly in the series. Though it’s reported the show will regularly hold discussions around current events, pop culture, and news. Additionally, Holmes will reportedly be producing the podcast, and will also produce other projects for the media company.
